How information is handled on the velixy.app website, and where to find the privacy policy for each app we publish.
1. Policies for our apps
Each published app has its own privacy policy describing exactly what that app stores and which services process data on its behalf.

2. Who is responsible
This website is operated by Velixy, the trading name of Md Mehedi Hasan, sole proprietor, of Village Shakdah (Uttar Para), Post Penchibari, Dhunat, Bogra 5850, Bangladesh. For any privacy question, contact mehedi.hasan.mac1@gmail.com.
3. Information collected through this website
The website is a static site. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies, runs no third-party analytics, and does not build a profile of visitors.
Information is collected only when you choose to send it, by submitting the project inquiry form on the Contact page. That form collects:
| Field | Why it is collected | Required |
|---|---|---|
| Name | To address a reply to you | Yes |
| Email address | To send the reply and any quote | Yes |
| Company | To understand who the work is for | No |
| Country | To judge timezone overlap and invoicing | No |
| Service and timeline | To route and prioritise the inquiry | Service only |
| Project description | To prepare a useful response or quote | Yes |
| Submission time | To answer inquiries in order received | Automatic |
Please do not put passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive personal information into the inquiry form. It is a business contact form, not a secure channel.
4. How inquiry data is handled
Submissions are stored in Google Firebase Firestore, a hosted database service operated by Google, and are readable only by us through an authenticated administrative console. The website is served by Firebase Hosting, which, like any web server, processes the technical request information needed to deliver a page — including IP address — and retains it in its own operational logs under Google’s privacy terms.
Inquiry data is used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if we go ahead, managing the resulting engagement. It is never sold, rented, or used for marketing lists, and it is not shared with any third party except the hosting provider described above or where disclosure is required by law.
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Where an engagement follows, the related correspondence and business records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
5. Your rights over data you send
You can ask at any time for a copy of the inquiry data held about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted. Email us from the address you used to submit the form and the request will be actioned within 30 days. Deletion requests are honoured except where a record must be retained for a legal or accounting obligation.
