Ivyleaf: Period & Pregnancy
Privacy Policy for the Android app app.velixy.periodpregnancytracker,
published by Velixy.
1. Who is responsible
Ivyleaf: Period & Pregnancy is published by Velixy, the trading name of Md Mehedi Hasan, sole proprietor, of Village Shakdah (Uttar Para), Post Penchibari, Dhunat, Bogra 5850, Bangladesh. For any privacy question about this App, contact creativecleancode@gmail.com.
This policy covers the App only. The privacy policy for the velixy.app website is separate, and each other app we publish has its own policy.
2. Scope
The App's Android package identifier is app.velixy.periodpregnancytracker.
The App provides a period, fertility and pregnancy tracker: cycle and symptom logging, period and fertile-window predictions, pregnancy week-by-week tools, after-birth baby logs, habits, reminders, reports to share with a partner or doctor, and an optional app lock. Some features require the optional Plus upgrade or the Pregnancy Pass.
3. Information handled by the App
You can use the App without creating an account or directly providing your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment card details to Velixy.

|---|---|---|

| Pregnancy: last period and due date, weight, pregnancy outcome, baby name ideas, kick counts, contractions, appointments, checklists, birth plan, and letters to your baby | Stored on your device | Provide the pregnancy tools |
| After birth: feeding, diaper, and sleep logs for your baby | Stored on your device | Provide the baby logs |
| Wellbeing: habits and habit check-ins | Stored on your device | Track your habits |
| Settings: reminder times, theme, units, and app-lock settings | Stored on your device | Remember your preferences and send the reminders you turn on |
| App-lock PIN | Stored on your device only as a salted one-way hash | Lock the App |
| Purchase status and product ID | Read from the Google Play Store app on your device | Unlock Plus and Pregnancy Pass features, and restore purchases |
4. What the App does not do
The App has no internet access: it does not ask Android for the internet permission, so it cannot send anything to us or to anyone else. It has no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics, crash reporting, or tracking tools, and Velixy runs no servers for it. It does not use your advertising ID, location, contacts, or photos.
We do not collect, see, sell, rent, trade, or share your personal or health information. Because what you log never reaches us, we hold no health data that we could be asked or required to hand over.
Your data leaves your phone only when you choose: when you save a backup file, share a report, or when Android backup to your Google account is turned on. Each is described below.
5. Device permissions
| Permission | Why it is used |
|---|---|
| Notifications | Show the reminders you turn on, such as period, fertile-window, or contraceptive reminders. Reminders are scheduled on your phone, and you can choose discreet reminder text so a notification does not reveal what it is about. |
| Run at startup | Set your reminders again after the phone restarts, the App is updated, or the time or time zone changes. |
| Biometric | Unlock the App with your fingerprint or face. Android performs the check; the App only learns whether it succeeded and never receives biometric data. |
The App does not request internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage permissions.
6. Local storage and Android backup
Everything you log is saved in the App's private storage on your phone, in an Android Room database and DataStore preferences. Other apps cannot read it, and we have no way to access it. Predictions such as your next period or fertile window are calculated on your phone.
Android backup is enabled. If backup is turned on in your phone's settings, Android may include the App's data in the backup it keeps in your Google account, and may copy it when you move to a new phone. Google runs this service, not Velixy, and we cannot access it. On Android 9 and later these backups are end-to-end encrypted with your phone's screen lock PIN, pattern, or password.
7. Backup files you create
In Backup & restore you can save all of your data to a file. You choose where it goes with Android's file picker, for example your phone's storage, Google Drive, or another app. You can protect the file with a password, which encrypts it with AES-256-GCM. We never receive these files and cannot recover a forgotten backup password. If you save a backup to a cloud service, that service's privacy policy applies to the file.
9. Google Play purchases
The App offers an optional Plus upgrade (a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase) and a one-time Pregnancy Pass through Google Play. Purchases are processed by Google Play. Velixy does not receive or store your payment card number or full payment account details.
The App checks your purchase status to unlock Plus or Pregnancy Pass features, and restore access if you reinstall the App using the same Google account. Google Play handles purchase confirmation, payment processing, receipts, refunds, and purchase history under Google's own terms and policies. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. Where a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.
10. Order information from Google Play
As the seller, Velixy receives limited order information from Google through the Google Play Console, such as an order number, the product, the date, the price, and the country. We use it only for refunds, customer support, accounting, and tax. It is never linked to anything you log in the App, which we cannot see.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR (EU and UK) or US state privacy and health-data laws, for example California's CCPA and Washington's My Health My Data Act, give you rights to access, export, correct, and delete your personal data. You can do all of this yourself in the App: view and edit entries, export with Backup & restore, and delete with Delete all data. Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing more for us to send or erase, but you are welcome to contact us with any question.
12. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age where you live, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. As the App sends no information to us, nothing about a child reaches us.
13. Health information
The App is for information only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a method of contraception. Talk to a healthcare professional about your health.
14. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a future version of the App ever needs internet access or handles data differently, we will update this policy and the App's Google Play Data safety information before that version is released.
15. Your choices
- Turn reminders off in the App, or turn off notifications for the App in Android Settings.
- Choose discreet reminder text so notifications do not reveal what they are about.
- Edit or remove individual entries in the App.
- Erase all profiles, logs, and settings with Delete all data in Backup & restore.
- Clear the App's storage in Android Settings, or uninstall the App.
- Turn Android backup off in your phone's settings under Google › Backup (the name varies by phone).
- Export your data with Backup & restore, and protect the file with a password.
- Restore access through the App's restore purchase option, or manage purchases through Google Play.
- Cancel or change a subscription in the Google Play Store app, under Payments & subscriptions.
16. Retention and deletion
Your data stays on your phone until you delete it in the App, clear the App's storage, or uninstall it. Backup files you saved elsewhere, reports you shared, and copies in your Google account backup are not removed automatically; delete them where you stored them. Google Play keeps purchase records according to its own policies and legal obligations.
17. Security
You can lock the App with a PIN or with your fingerprint or face. Your PIN is stored only as a salted one-way hash, never as the PIN itself, and password-protected backup files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Because your data lives on your phone, its safety also depends on your phone: we recommend using a screen lock and keeping Android up to date. Anyone who can unlock your phone and the App can see what you have logged.
